There is a Brita water filter in the refrigerator ● Free Wi-Fi ● There is no washer/dryer on site, but there is a laundromat at the clubhouse ● The Gated Community ensures a safer experience; you will need to pull up to the left gate when entering the community and provide the security gate with your name. ● Keyless entry for your added security and convenience of never having to carry a key around with you on vacation ■FAMILY & PET FRIENDLY■ Kids are welcomed with coloring books, kids silverware, plates and bowls.
