(firewood for the fire pit and propane for the grill are provided)--Must follow municipality regulations regarding open fires. ●The community of Eagle Lake offers 2 beaches, an Olympic size pool open during summer months, mini golf, tennis court, gym, baseball court, basketball court, a club house with seasonal events & a restaurant. ● 2 bedrooms with 1 full-size bed in each room and a sleeper sofa in the living room ● 1 full bathroom with bathtub; hair dryer, extra towels, body wash, shampoo & conditioner provided as well as toothbrushes, toothpaste, toiletries, first aid kit ● Kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster oven, coffee pot, tea kettle, and pots and pans ● Spices such as salt & pepper, coffee, and tea, sugar, sugar substitutes and creamers. There is a Brita water filter in the refrigerator ● Smart tv with access to streaming services (you must provide your own log-in) ● Free Wi-Fi ● There is no washer/dryer on site, but there is a laundromat at the clubhouse ● The Gated Community ensures a safer experience; you will need to pull up to the left gate when entering the community and provide the security gate with your name. ● Keyless entry for your added security and convenience of never having to carry a key around with you on vacation ■FAMILY & PET FRIENDLY■ Kids are welcomed with board games and kids silverware. Pets are always welcome! Your patio area is gated for their safety. *Eagle Lake is a gated, vacation only recreational vehicle community and requires renters to be 21 years of age.
