(firewood for the fire pit and propane for the grill are provided) ●The community of Eagle Lake offers 2 beaches, an Olympic size pool open during summer months, mini golf, tennis court, gym, baseball court, basketball court, a club house with seasonal events & a restaurant. ● 2 bedrooms with 1 full-size bed in each room as well as a pull-out couch in the living room ● 1 full bathroom with bathtub; hair dryer, extra towels, body wash, shampoo & conditioner provided ● Kitchen with stovetop, microwave, toaster oven, coffee pot, blender, tea kettle, and pots and pans (there is no dishwasher or full oven) ● Nonstick spray, basic spices such as salt & pepper, coffee, and tea are provided. There is a Brita water filter in the refrigerator ● 32-inch flat screen tv with access to streaming services (you must provide your own log-in) ● Free Wi-Fi ● There is no washer/dryer on site, but there is a laundromat at the clubhouse ● The Gated Community ensures a safer experience; you will need to pull up to the left gate when entering the community and provide the security gate with your name. ● Keyless entry for your added security and convenience of never having to carry a key around with you on vacation ■FAMILY & PET FRIENDLY■ Kids are welcomed with coloring books in the bottom left drawer in the kitchen, as well as kids silverware, plates and bowls. There is an indoor/outdoor high chair in the closet right outside of the bathroom. You will find a dog bowl under the kitchen sink for your furry family member. *Eagle Lake is a gated, vacation only recreational vehicle community.
